Visiativ Consulting Rebrand Announcement

Our consulting team have been in business for 16 years in the UK. First as – one of the UK’s first R&D tax relief specialists. Following our acquisition by Visiativ in 2019 we became ABGI (the name of Visiativ’s consulting arm) and then – in April 2023– we rebranded as Visiativ, falling into line with the rest of the Group.

Now Visiativ is part of Groupe SNEF – a 119 years-old, €1.7bn turnover French business with roots in the maritime sector, with 13,000 employees in 30 countries, active in manufacturing, engineering, telecoms, nuclear power, agri-tech and and hi-tech, amongst many others.

SNEF wants to maintain and build a strong consulting focus and has decided to adopt the ABGI brand for that division. So, after 18 months as Visiativ Consulting UK Ltd, we are rebranding back to ABGI on the 31st March.

A new (old) name – but the same people, expertise and experience with the same focus on accuracy and compliance, backed by the financial strength, stability and global footprint of Groupe SNEF.
